According to some fresh media reports, Motor Garages India (MG) is soon going to launch the facelift version of Hector which is expected to be done in January 2021. This SUV will probably be going to receive some midlife changes along with a few cosmetics too. MG Hector has completed its almost one and a half year in the country and is one of the best selling SUVs by the company till now.
Some of the predicted changes in the facelift MG Hector 2021 is its new grille. It will be consist of horizontal louvres which will resemble much with that of Hector being sold in the South American markets badged with Chevrolet Captiva. Side by side, there will be new and larger 18-inch alloys in this upcoming SUV.

On the other hand, it might be seen with dual-tone interiors which is currently offered in the 3-row MG Hector Plus. Not only this, but this facelift version of MG Hector will also come with additional packed features including an auto-dimming interior rearview mirror.
In terms of powertrains, there are a lot of expectations that the new version of this SUV will continue to get power from existing 1.5-litre petrol, 2.0-litre diesel and 1.5-litre petrol mild-hybrid engine options. A 6-speed manual for both petrol and diesel versions and a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic with the 1.5-litre petrol model will perform transmission duties.
