New 2020 Hyundai i20 at the edge of its launch in India. This premium hatchback will probably be available in four different trims namely – Magna, Sportz, Asta and Asta (O) which will further be segmented into 13 variants. Reportedly, among all of them, the 1.2-litre petrol engine will be the most affordable and value for money variant available in the Indian market.
The aforesaid variant will be fully loaded with exciting features namely – a big 10.25-inch touchscreen, wireless charging, sunroof, wireless charging and many more to count. Its engine will be mated with a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox.
Coming to new-gen i20’s exteriors then its front fascia has completely attention-grabbing designing which can be seen in its new headlamps, grille and bumper. The grille and headlamps are now merged together as one in new i20 whereas the fog lamps are updated with sportier triangle-shaped casing. Along with this, there are interconnected LED tail lights with updated bumper and shark fin antenna at the rear section of this premium hatchback.
Official pricing is still not revealed officially by the company but one could expect it with a price tag of Rs 5 lakhs to Rs 10 lakh. The deliveries of the new Hyundai i20 will probably commence on the same day of launch. With this exciting pricing, many of the premium features will be on offers like a TFT instrument panel, a bigger touchscreen infotainment system supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cooled Glovebox, wireless charging etcetera.
