Honda has introduced a new motorcycle in India on 30th September 2020. It is expected that the company will launch this motorcycle in the upcoming few years. Honda has patented the 'Rebel' design in India (in 2017).
One thing is confirmed that this bike will get the design according to the Indian market. As per the information received, Honda is expected to introduce its 300cc model in our market.
According to the sources, one thing is confirmed that this upcoming Honda motorcycle will be marketed as the “Highness” (or H’Ness) in India. It will be based on the Honda Rebel 300. The upcoming Honda H’Ness will be a cruiser motorcycle. If launched, it could potentially rival the RE Interceptor 650 and GT650 in India.
This Cruiser motorcycle is likely to be featured with a round headlamp and teardrop-shaped fuel tank, LED lights, and a digital instrument cluster as well. It is expected that the upcoming Honda Motorcycle includes the same 286cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine as the CB300R and a 6-speed gearbox.
To be successful, Honda has to price the motorcycle competitively. Royal Enfield is expected to be priced between Rs. 1.6 Lakh and Rs. 1.9 Lakh. It is expected that the Honda H’Ness will be priced somewhere between Rs. 1.7 Lakh to Rs. 2.0 Lakh.
